On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied despite its strength, bringing together deep peat smoke, gentle sweetness and a touch of salt. There are also hints of citrus, vanilla, pepper and grilled fruit, giving the whisky plenty of depth beneath the smoke.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBottled at a natural cask strength of 56.4%, this Special Release is non-chill filtered and retains its natural colour.
