Rice polish rate: 23%

Symbolized as a national sake. It was served to President Obama when he was visiting Japan. The brewery only produces Junmai Daiginjo, which means all sake from Dassai is using pure rice fermentation. And has milled the rice at least 50%. And this 23 is their signature sake, which is milled to 23%! Worth for a try.

Pallet: Grapes, flowers and strawberries as the aroma. Clean with a hint of brown sugar.
