SHIPPING
We offer FREE & FAST DELIVERY to most major areas within Australia unless specified otherwise (except for dry zones or restricted areas). Our main freight carrier used is via Australia Post, and where appropriate other carriers such as Fast Way Couriers.
Estimated delivery time frames listed below are for carrier transit times only and are additional to handling times. We are unable to guarantee or specify a day and/or time of delivery.
- NSW METRO up to 2 business days
- INTERSTATE METRO 3 - 6 business days
- RURAL AREAS 7 - 14 business days
We are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers, Locked Bag or PO Boxes.
Note: Please be aware that there are times in which unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery which are outside of our control. Additionally 'Authority To Leave' requests will not be fulfilled.
HANDLING
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. During peak periods or public holidays dispatch may take up to 72 hours. Our ordinary handling times are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Note: Please ensure a valid address is provided as this may delay dispatch times.
TRACKING
Once orders are dispatched, you will be sent a notification email via eBay advising you that your order has been confirmed and you can track the parcel via the eBay links provided.
If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and no attempt at delivery has been made, you can redirect your parcel via URL below. Enter the tracking number issued dispatch. Once you have entered your tracking number, click on 'TRACK' and you will have the option to request a redirection.

RE-DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER
A re-delivery fee of $15 will be passed on to the buyer in the case of;
- Delivery address has been incorrectly provided by the buyer
- A returned parcel that was undelivered and was not collected from the Post Office
