DESCRIPTION:

Eagle Rare 10 Year Old is a classic Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery, carefully aged for at least ten years in new charred oak barrels. The extended maturation gives this bourbon plenty of time to develop its depth, while keeping the rich, approachable character that makes Kentucky bourbon so distinctive.

The nose is complex and inviting, bringing together vanilla, honey, brown sugar, cherry, and gentle oak. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, with layers of sweet vanilla, honey, dark fruit, citrus, and toasted oak. The oak becomes more pronounced with time in the glass, adding structure without overwhelming the sweeter bourbon character.

Aged for a full decade and bottled at 45% ABV, Eagle Rare offers a refined balance between sweetness, oak, and spice, with a smooth, lingering finish. It is an excellent bourbon to enjoy neat or over a little ice, particularly for those looking for a more mature Kentucky style.
