Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 is a limited-edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bringing together carefully selected malt and grain whiskies and finishing them in Sakura wood casks. Inspired by Japan’s famous cherry blossom season, this expression is designed to capture the delicate floral character and sense of celebration associated with Sakura.

The nose is elegant and fragrant, with rose petals, lychee and fresh rosemary layered over mature oak and gentle sandalwood. On the palate, soft honey and candied orange peel meet white chocolate and delicate floral notes, while Mizunara oak adds a subtle woody complexity and depth.

The finish is smooth and lingering, with sweet citrus, floral aromas and fragrant Japanese oak carrying through. Bottled as a 2022 limited edition, Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a refined and beautifully balanced expression that showcases the softer, more aromatic side of Japanese whisky.
