A bold and expressive Padthaway Shiraz that showcases the character of premium Australian vineyards and the region’s rich winemaking heritage. Richly fruited yet beautifully balanced, it opens with aromas of blackberry, blueberry and ripe plum, complemented by layers of dark chocolate, subtle spice, vanilla and toasted oak.

The palate is full-bodied and generous, delivering concentrated dark fruit flavours supported by smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Notes of liquorice, mocha and savoury spice add depth and complexity, while the long, elegant finish leaves a lasting impression.
