No Evil Organic Pinot Noir

It’s hard to find organic Pinot Noir that ticks all the boxes especially using minimal preservatives but this new release from our No Evil range is a game changer. Soft and approachable with varietal Pinot notes of cherry/red berry and some earthy characters so typical of this grape. The palate is light to medium bodied with good concrentration, gentle tannin weight and good acidity on the finish. Pair with mushroom rillettes or a truffle infused brie.
