Starward Two-Fold is a distinctive Australian whisky that brings together wheat whisky and single malt, creating a smooth and approachable style with plenty of flavour. Made at Starward’s Melbourne distillery, the whisky is matured in Australian red wine barrels, giving it a generous fruit character and a subtle influence from the oak.

The nose opens with bright tropical fruit, mixed red berries, vanilla and gentle cereal notes. On the palate, juicy red fruit and sweet vanilla sit alongside a soft cereal character and toasted oak, creating a balanced and easy-drinking whisky. The finish is delicate and lingering, with the fruit and vanilla notes carrying through.

Two-Fold is designed to be versatile, working equally well enjoyed neat or over ice, while its approachable character makes it particularly well suited to classic whisky cocktails. A modern Australian take on whisky that combines rich red wine barrel influence with a lighter, fruit-forward style.
