Distilled in December 1999 and bottled in June 2018, this 18 year old single malt matured entirely within a single American oak ex-bourbon cask. Each of the 208 bottles released bears its own hand numbered provenance. A testament to Tasmanian craftsmanship at its peak. The extended maturation unfolds as a study in restraint and refinement. Tasmania's cool maritime climate moderates the oak's influence, preserving the spirit's inherent character whilst allowing profound layers to emerge. The palate reveals vanilla bean, caramelised stone fruit, and seasoned oak in harmonious balance, delivered with understated power and crystalline clarity at 47.4% ABV.
