Akasha Mosaic IPA

DESCRIPTION:

Akasha's single hop IPA series helps to put a spotlight on some of our favourite hops. By brewing these IPAs with only 1 hop variety and using the same malt base we really let the hops shine through. Another awesome thing about single hop beers is it helps your palate to distinguish the subtle and not so subtle differences between the hops and helps you to identify those flavours in other beers. This Mosaic IPA is full of big tropical fruit notes that are full-bodied and leave the palate wanting more!
