Houghton Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Sauvignon, the most structured of the classic reds.

Blackcurrant and dark berry, firm tannins, often a cedar or leafy note. Blended with Merlot it softens, left on its own it stays firm and serious.

It will drink well now with some air, and better again in five years. Decant it if you can. Red meat is the obvious call.
