Pale straw in colour, the wine opens with aromas of citrus blossom, lemon zest and white peach, complemented by light herbal notes and a subtle saline edge. The palate is crisp and lively, with flavours of fresh citrus and stone fruit, balanced by vibrant acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
