Nashi pear, stone fruit and a gentle spice, with more body than you expect from a white. Some makers leave it on skins briefly, which is where the faint copper tint in a Gris comes from.

Made for drinking now rather than keeping. Serve it cold. Good with pork, roast chicken, soft cheese and a bit of spice.
