DESCRIPTION:

Punching well above its weight. Intense and finely tuned with classic lime and lemon characters, green apples and some slaty minerals kicking in. Pure, linear and amazing length.

Extremely bright and aromatic, this wine jumps out of the glass with fragrant white floral and kaffir lime characters. All the hallmarks of an excellent vintage. Crisp acid driven wine, plenty of fresh lime and other citrus flavours. A powerful backbone of mouth-watering acidity keeps it all in check finishing with perfect balance and great length.

The 36th release of the Traditionale sits comfortably amongst some of the best vintages. Extremely concentrated, this wine will stand the test of time. Drink now or cellar for 10+ years. Perfectly matched with freshly shucked South Australian oysters.
