Brave Souls Riesling. Riesling is the white that rewards patience, though it drinks well young too.

Lime and lemon are the usual run, carried by bright acid and a clean, dry close. It is almost never oaked, so what you taste is the fruit and the acid and nothing else.

Drink it now for the freshness, or put a couple away. Riesling ages better than almost any white. Serve it properly cold. Good with oysters, prawns, grilled fish or anything fried.
