Rosé from Clos Mireille, the Mediterranean jewel of Domaines Ott. This storied Provençal estate traces its heritage to Benedictine monks and now represents one of Provence's most celebrated winemaking families. The 2023 Coeur de Grain Rosé draws from 17 year old vines planted in rare limestone free schist soils, metres from the sea. Intense coastal sunlight, maritime salinity, and mineral-rich clay-schist terroir combine to create a wine of distinctive character and focus. A refined blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle, this dry rosé delivers a mineral-driven profile with textured mid-palate depth and lifted citrus brightness. The result is elegant and versatile equally compelling as an aperitif, alongside seafood, or with charcuterie.

PALATE:

The fresh, energetic attack offers notes of white currant and lime. The wine’s lovely, velvety texture coats the palate with succulent fruity flavours and is built with remarkable precision and finesse.
