Zilzie Selection 23 Moscato 2022

DESCRIPTIONS The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel.

Rather than fermenting this wine dry, fermentation was arrested to retain the desired level of natural sweetness and preserve fruit integrity. Before bottling, the wine was blended, stabilized, and filtered.

TASTING NOTES Delicate florals and tropical fruit flavors are delightfully sweet with a refreshing spritz. FOOD MATCH Spicy Sichuan wontons, sriracha baked chicken wings or a summer charcuterie board. ~Zilzie
