Arrived Chardonnay 750mL. Chardonnay, the white that does whatever the winemaker asks of it.

Peach and melon are typical, with a creamy edge where oak has been used. Winemakers decide the style here more than the vineyard does, which is why no two Chardonnays taste alike.

Most are made to drink now, though the better ones hold for a few years. Serve it cold but not frozen. Roast chicken, creamy pasta and grilled fish all work.
