It's got that unmistakable Tolpuddle charm with its refreshing acidity, bursts of yellow grapefruit, tangy lemon skin, and a hint of minerals. Furthermore a mix of a lightweight body, delicate flavours, velvety texture - there's a subtle taste of shortbread from the lees that adds a whole new level of complexity.
