DESCRIPTION:

A bold and expressive Barossa Valley Shiraz that celebrates the character of old, low-yielding vines and the region's renowned winemaking heritage. Richly fruited yet beautifully balanced, it opens with aromas of blackberry, black cherry and ripe plum, complemented by layers of dark chocolate, subtle spice, dried herbs and a touch of toasted oak.

The palate is full-bodied and generously textured, revealing concentrated dark fruit flavours supported by velvety tannins and well-balanced acidity. Notes of liquorice, mocha and savoury spice add depth and complexity, while the long, smooth finish leaves a lasting impression of power and finesse. A superb companion to grilled ribeye, slow-cooked beef, smoky barbecue dishes and aged cheddar.
