Cherry and strawberry fruit on a light frame, with fine tannin and real freshness. Colour tells you nothing with Pinot. Pale in the glass can still mean plenty of flavour.

Drink it now. Pinot rarely needs you to wait. Twenty minutes in the fridge does it no harm. Try it with salmon, duck or mushrooms.
