Dal Zotto Rosato

Crafted from a blend of King Valley Sangiovese, Barbera, and Nebbiolo, our 2021 Rosato is bright, fresh, and full of vibrant fruit. It starts with a bouquet of wild strawberries and a touch of watermelon, then the palate reveals layers of fresh red fruits, spice, and racy acidity.

The finish is dry and as crisp as a Granny Smith apple, fresh from the tree. Like all of our wines, the Rosato sings with food, think salumi and antipasti, but you may find food is not needed if the sun is out. ~Dalzotto
