Deep mahogany in the glass, the nose is rich with aromas of dried fruits, dark toffee and orange peel, layered with polished oak, roasted nuts and gentle baking spices. The palate is luxuriously smooth, revealing flavours of rich Christmas cake, fig, dark chocolate and honey, complemented by notes of cinnamon, espresso and seasoned oak. The finish is long, warming and complex, with lingering sherry sweetness, spice and mature oak creating a truly memorable dram.
