Tasting Notes
Dusky pink with sparkling freshness. As if the waterfall of a full moon's glow was captured in a bottle & sealed with all its stardust. Very fine sediment, adding turbidity. Holding it up to the light, the particles trickle along the wall of the glass bottle.
Bright summer floral notes on the nose.
Hibiscus, grapefruit & sweet lemon peel on the palate. There is a steady but smooth lift which peaks early, dissolving to leave a pleasant lingering savouriness.
