Crafted from some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the Hunter Valley, the 2022 Mount Pleasant Philip Shiraz is a refined and powerful expression of one of Australia's most iconic wine regions. Rich aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and ripe plum are layered with notes of black pepper, liquorice, dark chocolate and subtle cedar oak, delivering exceptional depth and complexity.

The palate is full-bodied yet beautifully poised, showcasing concentrated dark fruit flavours framed by fine-grained tannins and vibrant natural acidity. Hints of savoury spice, mocha and earthy undertones add further character, while the long, elegant finish reflects the wine's balance, structure and impressive cellaring potential.
