Nanny Goat Cross Breed 23 is a vibrant and aromatic blend of 54% Gewürztraminer, 30% Pinot Gris, and 16% Muscat. Lifted aromas of rose water and jasmine leap from the glass, gradually giving way to notes of preserved apricot and nuances of dried apple.
The palate is fruit-forward, with ripe stone fruit creating the illusion of sweetness before revealing a saline core of fine, sinewy, skin-derived tannin. A bead of bright acidity brings focus, drawing the palate to a long, lingering finish reminiscent of white peach stone and fennel.
