Peach and melon are typical, with a creamy edge where oak has been used. How it lands depends on the barrel: unoaked versions stay tight and citrusy, oaked ones pick up a creamy, nutty weight.
Ready to go, and no need to wait for it. A little less cold than you would serve a Sauvignon Blanc. Good with chicken, pork and seafood.
