A fine example of a structured single-vineyard Rose that is made up of a few varieties but primarily Sangiovese. The wine was crushed and then steeped on the skins for three hours to lend colour prior to a cool ferment.
Bright and vibrant nose and a seductively blushing colour that makes it look immediately inviting in the glass. Very pretty fruit palate showing hints of strawberries and cream with dust of tannins and a nice dry finish and a refreshing burst of acidity. Pair it with a charcuterie and cheese platter.
