The lowdown on this fabulous bottle. On the nose we catch a delightful scent of blooming flowers and zesty lemon barley. It's got that unmistakable Tolpuddle charm with its refreshing acidity, bursts of yellow grapefruit, tangy lemon skin, and a hint of minerals. Furthermore a mix of a lightweight body, delicate flavours, velvety texture - there's a subtle taste of shortbread from the lees that adds a whole new level of complexity.
