Sea Saw's very first foray into skin contact wines, SAMM is now in its third vintage. 

Affectionately know as SAMM, this skin contact organic sauvignon blanc and marsanne has been incubated as naturally as possible. The hand picked fruit was gently carbonically mascerated on skins before being lovingly pressed off.
