DESCRIPTION:

Crafted from a blend of King Valley Sangiovese, Barbera, and Nebbiolo, our 2021 Rosato is bright, fresh, and full of vibrant fruit. It starts with a bouquet of wild strawberries and a touch of watermelon, then the palate reveals layers of fresh red fruits, spice, and racy acidity. The finish is dry and as crisp as a Granny Smith apple, fresh from the tree. Like all of our wines, the Rosato sings with food – think salumi and antipasti – but you may find food is not needed if the sun is out. ~Dalzotto
