From the heart of Central Otago’s Bannockburn sub-region, this 2023 MacMuir Pinot Noir is a powerful yet elegant expression of its terroir. Grown on deep silt loam soils in Felton Road’s biodynamic MacMuir vineyard, this wine reveals dark cherry, blackberry and floral notes, framed by herbs and fine tannins. Fermented with 25% whole bunches and aged for 13 months in French oak (25% new), it offers structure, depth and length — yet retains a silky elegance and balance.
