This cool-climate wine offers rich red berry fruit — think plum, cherry, and currant — layered with forest floor, dried herbs, and a delicate mushroom note. The palate is juicy and mouth-filling, with fine, savoury tannins and a seamless texture. Aged in older oak barrels, it has subtle vanilla warmth without overshadowing the fruit.
