Deep ruby in colour, the nose reveals aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and violet, layered with notes of black pepper, olive and subtle smokiness. The palate is medium-bodied yet structured, offering fine tannins, fresh acidity and a savoury, mineral finish typical of Saint-Joseph.
