Minimum Wines Chardonnay

DESCRIPTION:

Organic, Vegan, Sustainably Made Wines, this 2018 Chardonnay is their very first white release. They are a small family owned vineyard in Goulburn Valley, central Victoria. 

Minimum wines are not only carbon neutral but their processes sequester more carbon than they release! 
They are a winery that strive towards zero waste & use compostible or recyclable packaging. YAY!!! that's a real win for the planet!

TASTING NOTES:

Their Chardonnay has a sweet richness of summer fruits on the nose. Think figs and juicy peaches. It's a classic style Chardonnay, but not overly oaked, with great balance in acidity. Luscious length with notes of stone fruit and a mild herbaceous edge.
