DESCRIPTION:

Sourcing fruit from nearby vineyards, we sought to capture the vibrancy of Riesling from the Canberra Region. The juice was fermented cool to retain its pure aromatics and delicacy. Lemons, limes and lavender lead into a refreshing palate.
