This Tasmanian expression honours the storied tradition of Pedro Ximenez by resting in exclusive first fill Ex-Pedro Ximenez casks. These barrels deliver the warmth and character of sun kissed Andalusian grapes.

The result, an elegant whisky of dark mahogany,  thick, viscous, with notes of raisin, dates and figs, which develop into hints of dark chocolate, coffee, and honey.

A single malt whisky that unfurls into a symphony of flavours, tantalising the palate.
