Foot-crushed, hand-plunged, fermented using wild yeasts and matured in a concrete egg. Quite a rich, textural chardonnay with tree fruit, grapefruit-citrus, and nutty yeast lees flavours. A gutsy wine that's probably best enjoyed within two to three years.
